He has been a student of Edward Francis since 2013.  Under the guidance of Mr. Francis, Peter has had the honor of performing in the Winner’s Recital of the Southern California Junior Bach Festival, as well as the Gold Medal Honors Recital for the Contemporary Music Festival in 2015.  In 2016, Peter performed as a soloist with the Thousand Oaks Philharmonic, where is is also a member of the Appassionata program. Peter would like to thank Dr. Kuanfen Liu and the Channel Islands Orchestra for this great opportunity!   His love for piano is following in a four- generation family tradition of professional classical pianists: his mother Dr. Amaryllis Iglesias Glass, his grandmother Amaryllis Iglesias and late great-grandmother Rosalia Fernandez.
