Alissa Crenshaw

Alissa Crenshaw, soprano, is a freelance professional vocalist. While earning her associate degree in music at Ventura College, she performed in productions such as The Pirates of Penzance, The Grand Duke, and Amelia Goes to the Ball. She also sang with Master Chorale of Ventura County, Ventura College Singers and Ventura College Chorus.

After Ventura College, she attended Westmont College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance. While at Westmont, she sang with Westmont College Chamber Singers and Westmont College Choir. During this time, she was also a soprano soloist for Westmont performances of Vaughan Williams’ Dona Nobis Pacem, and Haydn’s Missa in Angustiis.

Since graduation, she has sung professionally, caroling with Carolers.com, singing for recording sessions, including a Shanghai Disneyland zarzuela in-park recording, and leading worship service music, among other things. Additionally, she has sung with Los Robles Master Chorale, Jouyssance Early Music Ensemble, and Seraphim Vocal Ensemble. She recently appeared in the High Street Arts Center production of My Fair Lady as a featured soloist.
